Store's Policies and Shipping Information

• HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR  PURCHASE:
• Payment Policy: Pay within 3 days of purchase
• We accept Paypal or a echeck for all auctions, fixed price or store items. You can send an eCheck through Paypal if you have a bank account. Paypal accepts ATM's card to open a account as well as Credit Card's.  

• We are sorry, and have no choice but comply with eBay "Secure Payment Enforcement" Policy. The eBay rule is that sellers may not to accept Money Orders or personal checks anymore and will be subject to strict policy enforcement of this rule, in other words, may be kicked off eBay. We must use PayPal . As they requested, we must remove other payment options or references to other payment options from our listings. This was not our choice and we now must pay fees to, and use PayPal as our main payment option. We are sorry to disappoint our loyal customers who paid by check or money order in the past. There is an option on PayPal in which you can choose to pay by echeck through your bank, just like writing a personal check. It’s easy and is safe as we have received many payments through this channel. •  After auction closes you should get a notice from my automation notice form from eBay. If you are buying another item and the auction does not close for 4 or more days, then just notify us that you are waiting to combine payments. Always combine your payments, it saves on shipping. We offer a shipping discount on two or more items purchased.
• You will receive an email from Paypal that you have paid and we were notified of payment. I will send you an email within 3 or 4 days after you pay, with your tracking number and what date we shipped. If you do not receive this then I probably did not get a payment notice and then you should contact me at jeanred22@hotmail.com

• INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
• You can contact me for advice on proper shipping and insurance charges, or any shipping questions.
• International PayPal accepted.
• If you are bidding on another item, wait and combine your item to lower your shipping charges. Why not buy two if you’re paying to ship all that way! We charge $2 for the second item for shipping and up to 4 more items for free.
• If you want the cheap shipping (usually First Class Air Mail), we cannot guarantee you will receive your item in a short amount of time. We will not refund if we have fairly followed through with our agreement and you piece is lost in the mail. International Priority works best, sometimes only 5-7 days. We cannot buy a delivery confirmation and thus cannot track your item but can send you the customs number. We have shipped to 17 countries so far and all went well. I know many must pay customs. I am sorry, but I would be fined if found out by our customs that I falsified information. Therefore, you will be responsible if you need to pay your custom charges.  Please read the refund policy. We will try every avenue to please you.  
• RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
• Request for Returns must be done within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we agree to the return you need to ship it to us within 24 hours. 
• If an item is lost in shipping, we will contact the PO for tracking and delivery confirmation, so let us know first if you think your item is lost. We are not responsible for the timing and any problems with the Postal service. We buy delivery confirmation on all shipping within the USA. If it is lost in the mail and you have not bought insurance, then we cannot replace due to the Postal error.
• Returns will only be accepted for defect and a replacement will be sent when possible at seller’s discretion, upon returned item or Money Back. If it is defective we will pay for return shipping charges. If you really do not like the item, lets talk, I am sure I can work something out. Just email me and we will find a solution. Of course, we can make a mistake, do not worry, if we have, we will guarantee that you will be satisfied with whatever course we take and decide together.
• Seller reserves the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for returned items if you are totally dissatisfied with what your purchase. We will gladly give you’re an exchange, merchandise credit or a refund. Do not worry; we want you to be happy.
• No refund will be given for changing your mind or not getting an item in time for a birthday or other holiday. If you have a deadline then it is your responsibility to pick the appropriate shipping method. We can ship Priority and that normally takes 2 to 3 days. However, we are not responsible for their failures.  
• No refunds can be given until item has been returned. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping charges to return an item you don't want. It is our responsiblity to pay for shipping if our item is damaged.

I work hard to put up honest descriptions and photos, sometimes I fail to do everything perfect.  We do pledge to try and fix any mistake or problems that may arise.  Our work is sacred to the carvers and they work hard with heart.
