Answers to a few commonly asked questions

Do you combine shipping?

Yes! Mystic Witch does combine shipping for multiple items that are purchased. Please wait for an invoice to be sent to you before paying. If buyer pays individual invoices the items will be sent individually. If buyer has paid over the amount of shipping on an invoice the difference will be refunded and noted on packing slip.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Most of our items are for USA shipping only.

Is Delivery Confirmation included?

All packages shipped has Delivery Confirmation included in the shipping cost.

How are items packaged?
Most items are sent wrapped in bubble wrap & in padded, bubble mailers.

Do you replace items that are broken/damaged?
Yes, if an item is damaged and replaceable it will be replaced. We may request that the original item be sent back to us. Once the item is received a replacement will be sent.

SHIPPING

Shipping Schedule:

Our shipping days are Tuesday & Friday but we do attempt to ship every day. Some items may ship the same day as payment. This is depending on the item, such as a book, magazine etc. Our cut off for shipping each day is noon. After noon the items may ship either the next day or next scheduled ship day.

POLICY

Since most of our items are hand made please allow a little time on larger orders. Notices of shipping are sent the same evening or the following morning of shipping. These are sent to your email address or in some cases through the message center.
Communication: Every attempt at answering your questions are made. Please allow time for answering as time zones vary. Weekend communications are a little slower as Saturday, Sunday & holidays are days off. Questions asked over weekends and holidays will be answered the following Monday.
