A- Our authentic argentine tango shoes are handmade by expert artisans, but not in a fabric. In case the customer needs help to solve any problem regarding any probable manufacturing fault, we will provide her/him all our support according to our experience regarding these issues.
Returns are only accepted when the item is significantly different as the one shown in the listing picture or when the shoes are seriously damaged (and we cannot find any posible solution to the problem at a distance). In case a return is inevitable to solve a possible conflict, we'll provide you a replacement and we'll take care of any shipping costs. The item has to be returned 3 days after the buyer receives it.
Although these kind of issues are really unusual to happen, we want to make clear that we'll give all our help to our customers.
B- Returns are not accepted when the shoes don't fit the customer. When the buyer makes her/his purchase, we send detailed measuring instructions and we get to an agreement regarding the size, giving him/her all the information and suggestions, before placing the order.
Please, take into account that this agreement reached between the customer and us, is a result of a thorough email process where seller and buyer finally agree on the right size.
WE WON'T PLACE THE ORDER UNTIL WE ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE ABOUT YOUR SIZE.
