Inkjet & Toner Cartridges
Our compatible and remanufactured cartridges are produced to a high quality and will not infringe or invalidate any Warranty or Guarantee offered by the printer manufacturer. All compatible cartridges are manufactured from only 100% new components to offer a high quality and reliable alternative to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) product.
Remanufactured cartridges are tested at several stages of the process with any cartridges that fail any of these tests being rejected completely to ensure the highest quality possible. All cartridges are print tested and weight verified as part of our final quality test.
If customers attempt to refill a cartridge themselves or if they have it refilled at a shop then this will void our warranty. If cartridges are tampered with of parts of the cartridge are removed then this will void our warranty.
All of our chargers are alternative replacements for the OEM products. These chargers are all guaranteed so work with the laptops that they are intended for use with, but we cannot offer any guarantees if the wrong charger is purchased for your laptop.
If the casing of the charger, the plug, or the cable have been tampered with then the warranty will be voided. If the unit shows signs of miss-use and this is deemed to be the cause of the fault or if the fault it down to general wear and tear, then the item will not be covered by our warranty.
If your item becomes faulty then we can either offer a replacement or refund. Before we can take any further action with faulty products, we require that the item is returned to ourselves for inspection. The customers must cover all of the costs associated with the return of the item and we will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the item while it is being returned, so we therefore recommend that customers insures the items against loss or damage.
If the item is found to be faulty then we will offer a replacement or refund at the customers request. If the item has been damaged through miss-use, miss-treatment or general wear and tear then it will not be covered by our warranty.
If the item is not found to be faulty then a refund, excluding our postage charges, will be issued to the customer.
If an item is not covered by our warranty then the we will have to pay for the item to be re-sent to them. If payment is not received after three months of the first request then the item will be disposed of.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, even if there is nothing wrong with the item, we will offer you a refund. If you request a refund for an item that isn't faulty more than 7 days after you have received the it then this refund is subject to a postage and restocking charge. For all product returns the item must be returned to us by the customer before we can offer the refund and the customers must cover all of the costs associated with the return of the item. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the item while it is being returned, so we therefore recommend that customers insure the items against loss or damage.
Please Contact Us before returning an item so that a returns number can be issued. This returns number must then be included with the item and failure to include the returns number may result in the item not being dealt with if the item cannot be associated with its original order.
