Q. What is your return policy?
A. Unworn shoes can be returned in their original box and packaging including dustbag for credit, exchange or refund less the ship fee and a $25 restocking charge within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Buyer must sign an ebay cancellation agreement for all returned items prior to receiving the refund.
Q. Do you combine shipping?
A. Yes. Each additional US item is $5.00 if they are shipping together. Please contact me about combined shipping for international packages.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. Items are shipping between 1-3 days after payment is received. All delivery times are approximate and depend on the USPS Postal Service.

- USPS Express Mail - one business day
- USPS International Mail 7-10 days (approximate)
- International package delivery time also varies due to Customs.
Q. How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

Insurance on U.S. packages is recommended but not required.

Customs and duty charges for International packages are the buyers responsibility.

Q. How do I know what size to purchase?
A. All shoes are sized differently depending on the designer and style of the shoes. Most European shoes run small. If you are unsure of your size, email me and I will be happy to send you the insole
measurement so you can make an informed choice.
Q. Are your items authentic?
A. All of my items are guaranteed 100% authentic - please check my thousands of glowing feedbacks, all for high end designer goods if you have any doubts!
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Payment is expected within 3 days of the auction close. I accept Paypal. I will only ship to confirmed paypal addresses for paypal
payments. If you are sending payment through the mail, please include your name, address, item title and number and reason for return or the exchange you are requesting.
