Originally we independently owned and operated restaurants for over 25 years, continuosly since 1978. We now consult and sell "used not abused" restaurant furniture, fixtures, equipment and smallwares to the independent owners who are the backbone of the thriving hospitality industry.

Although many "gourmet chef" homemakers have sought us out for good used premium items for personal use, "Start Ups" are our specialty. We truly understand what it takes to turn your ideas into reality, and keep it going through all the challenges and adversity you will face.

Our commitment is to provide reliable "used not abused" items that will suit your needs and budget. Many items have obvious signs of use and normal wear, similiar to the way the expensive new items will look after your first 1000 customers (just think, all broken in for your earliest convenience and $avings) !

Sometimes we describe our items with a lot of enthusiasm (and humor), but we commit to truth and good sense. We have both common and hard to find items, but we won't claim to be selling any imported steak knives that sharpen themselves while your'e on your way home to work.
