Our Policy
Weekend Orders: All delivery times listed are measured in Business Days, meaning Monday-Friday. This means, for example, a next-day order placed on Friday should arrive on the following Monday if received by 1:00 pacific standard time. However, if a Weekend delivery is desired we do offer UPS Saturday delivery for an additional fee. The fee is $10.00 in addition to the next day rate based on the weight of the order. The Saturday delivery option is limited to areas where UPS provides this service. In addition, orders for Saturday delivery need to be placed by 1:00 PM Pacific Time on the preceding Friday. If you require Saturday delivery, you must contact us via telephone at 1-714-842-9965. Cutoff Times: Most orders placed by 1 PM Eastern Time to be processed the same day. All orders ship via UPS Ground delivery by default. This can take anywhere from 2-6 business days delivery time and is not guaranteed. Orders shipping outside the US 48-states cannot go Ground however. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via Air service. For most Canada orders we can ship ground. Items less than $20 can not be back-ordered unless they are the only item in the order, otherwise the entire order may be held until all items are in stock. We can ship USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (not guaranteed). This is the only shipping method available to US Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and all areas outside the USA (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.). Orders shipped via USPS are charged by weight with the shipping cost displayed in the shopping cart during checkout. Orders shipping to APO/FPO military address must ship USPS, and are subject to a longer ship time and may require additional shipping costs. We ship all orders as soon as possible. We will email or call when there are backorders or other delays. To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, orders may be held for verification, this may cause a slight delay in shipping products to you ( 24-48 hours) . If the in-stock items on the order have already shipped, then any backorders will be sent out via UPS Ground, or US Mail. Specialty Large Items: Items weighing more or of larger size than UPS or USPS will accept will be shipped via Bax Global. The total shipping will be based upon the weight of all items. We will quote you separately on the shipping in this case. Payment: We accept payment by postal money order or by VISA/Master card, American Express. We also accept Bidpay.com/Western Union as forms of payment as well as PayPal, and bank to bank wire transfer. No personal checks or cashiers checks, please. We will return it to you and this will delay your shipment If you are out of the country we only accept wire transfers Western Union / Bidpay.com, or PayPal and you will need to email me your address for an adjusted shipping cost. We also accept bank to bank wire transfer. We will email our bank information. California residents will be charged sales tax. We ship most items within 24-48 hrs. of receiving payment. Most credit card orders are processed & shipped in 24-48 hours! All items are shipped properly packed, with insurance according to UPS standards. Tracking #s are provided for UPS shipments upon request . USPS tracking numbers can be requested if an item is not received within 10 days. Neal's Music does not sell or exchange the email names of our online customers with third parties. This site was set up with a shopping cart system using PayPal as the source of payment. You may pay with your credit card by calling us direct, or PayPal. We also accept payment by US postal money order or by VISA/Master card, American Express, or Western Union. No personal checks, please. If you are out of the country we only accept wire transfers, Western Union / Bidpay.com, or PayPal and you will need to email me your address for an adjusted shipping cost. That means items should arrive to you in good working order. (unless specified otherwise in the auction description). In the event an item is lost or damaged in shipping we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper. Please keep all packaging materials for the claims representative to examine. All new guitars may require a set-up to your standards as they are set-up by the factory. Returns or Damages: If you wish to return an item, you must contact us before shipping to request an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number, and will be shipped back to you at your cost. We do allow a return for exchange only. All items must be returned within 14 days of the date on the printed invoice. All items must be returned in original condition, with all original packaging, and with packaging unharmed. Otherwise you may be subject to a 15% (or more) restocking fee. Damaged merchandise will be repaired at your cost, or returned to you at your cost. Damaged items must be proven defective or damaged out of the box either by the carrier or an authorized technician. Items lost in transit with be replaced with the exact item or something comparable. Only if we can't replace it, will we refund you in full including shipping. Manufacturers Warranty: All new merchandise is sold with a full warranty. After 30 days you must contact the manufacturer for most warranty questions or repairs. International All international orders must be Non-US Verified PayPal members if paying via Paypal with a confirmed address. (Click here to go to PayPal's website). We will notify you the next business day if additional shipping is needed or if your PayPal account is not confirmed and verified requesting you rectify this matter. We also accept payment via Western Union and bank to bank wire transfer. We will email you with the wire info as needed. International orders ship in 24-48 hours upon receiving payment and your account information is approved. Prior to placing your order, you must e-mail your country and postal code for a shipping quote to GuitarDealsInfo@aol.com. Please be sure to include all the items you'd like to purchase so that we may provide you with an accurate shipping cost. For all orders totaling more than $1,500.00, you may be required to pay via bank to bank wire transfer or Western Union. No personal checks, postal money orders, or cashier checks please. Warranty on all merchandise is null and void unless manufacturer agrees by direct contact. This will be between you and the manufacturer.
