Our ‘handmade to order’ items that are designed and manufactured in the UK, are manufactured to the very highest standard possible, but may be also dependent upon component supplying times. ‘Handmade to order’ items sourced from outside the UK, may also be dependent upon these influences.
For items of jewellery we offer our ‘Standard Rate’ and 'Royal Mail First Class Recorded' as delivery options within the UK (International delivery varies). We use 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' as 'Our Standard Rate'. It is our recommended service, because all items have insurance & tracking attached and usually arrive quicker. Larger items are usually dispatched via 'Royal Mail Recorded Delivery'.
