Shipping Schedule:

We normally only list items that are in stock and ready to ship!  No backorders.  No waiting!!

Occasionally we may offer pre-sale backorder listings for fast selling items that are arriving within 30 days.  These items will clearly state that they are a backordered item and will list the expected shipping date.  If you purchase in stock items with pre-sale items and do not want to wait please pay for them separately.  Orders received with pre-sale items will be held until the items are in stock and ready to ship.

Once your order has shipped we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes the USPS to get it to you.  Once in a while an order will take longer than the estimated ship time but there is nothing we can do to make it get there faster so please be patient and wait at least 2 weeks from the original ship date before emailing us about your order.  The USPS does not allow us to look into missing packages or file insurance claims until 30 days after the original ship date.

We cannot hold paid orders.  Please wait to pay for your items until your order is complete and you are ready to have it packed & shipped. 

You may wait to pay and combine your items for up to a maximum of 7 days.  All payments must be received within 10 days after the close/purchase of the first item.  Auctions and "Buy Now" items can be held & purchased together.  If you cannot make your payment within the time limit or you made a mistake on your bid/purchase it is important that you contact us ASAP.  Items can be mutually cancelled if you contact us.

All orders are shipped via the USPS.  We do NOT ship UPS or Fed-Ex.  

The services currently available are First Class Mail (under 13oz), Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Media Mail (books only) and Express Mail.

We try to charge the lowest possible shipping & handling rate to cover only the cost of packing materials & postage.

eBay's shipping calculator doesn't always calculate the correct postage so If you purchase multiple items please email us for a combined invoice when you are finished shopping.  Please include your eBay user id and whether you want Regular, Priority or Express shipping and we will calculate the shipping rate for you and send you a single invoice for all of your items combined. 

To receive the combined shipping rate you must pay for all of your items in a single PayPal payment. 

The rate for First Class (under 13oz) and Parcel Post (over 13oz) is listed in the description for each individual item.  The shipping cost of each item is based on the weight of that item so different items can and will have different shipping rates. The combined shipping rate is calculated by adding the item with the highest shipping cost first then all other items at their add on rate that will be shown in yellow.  The combined rate is good for all items combined and paid for on a single invoice.  If you place a large order and you email us for a combined invoice when you are ready to check out you may receive an additional discount if the actual USPS postage rate is cheaper than the estimated combined rate for the items you purchased.

Priority Mail is a flat rate of $5.00 for all of your items combined.  To receive the combined rate please email us for an invoice when you are ready to check.

Express Mail is available upon request.  The rates will vary depending on your zip code.  Please let us know you would like Express mail when requesting your invoice.

Insurance is available & recommended for all orders.  Insurance is OPTIONAL for US orders from verified PayPal accounts shipped to confirmed PayPal shipping address.  If your PayPal account is "Unverified" or your shipping address is "Unconfirmed" we cannot ship your order uninsured so please be sure to add insurance when you check out. 

Insurance is required for all international orders over $10.

We reserve the right to refuse your payment if your address is "Unconfirmed" and you do not insure your order.  If your PayPal account status is "Unverified" AND your ship to address is "Unconfirmed" we will NOT accept your payment without insurance. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ALL insured orders will be replaced if lost or damaged.  A refund will only be issued if a replacement cannot be made.  All damaged items must be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued. For information on our return/refund policy please visit our Store Policies page.

If an order shipped to you is ever lost in the mail you will be required to purchase insurance on all future orders.  Sorry, but some people seem to have chronic problems with their mail delivery and we cannot take responsibility for things that are beyond our control. 

99% of all the orders that we have had get "lost in the mail" were caused by the buyer selecting an old invalid shipping address in their PayPal account during checkout so please double check the shipping address you are using and make sure it's not and old one! Delivery confirmation is included FREE with all US orders.  You will receive the free delivery confirmation only if your order can be shipped online with the eBay/PayPal shipping tool.  When your order ships you will automatically receive a shipment notification email containing your delivery confirmation #.  If you do not receive the shipment notification email you can also find your delivery confirmation # in the transaction details in eBay and/or PayPal.  If you pay with PayPal please make sure the address is correct.  We cannot make changes for you.  If you pay with a money order please make sure the shipping address in your eBay account is correct.  If for any reason we cannot ship your order online you will NOT receive the free delivery confirmation.

 PayPal Addresses: You must provide a valid shipping address with your payment.  We prefer to ship to "Confirmed" addresses.   If the ship to address provided is "Unconfirmed" please add insurance to your order.  We reserve the right to refuse your payment if your address is "Unconfirmed" and you do not insure your order.   If your PayPal account status is "Unverified" AND your ship to address is "Unconfirmed" we will NOT accept your payment without insurance.  We ship  through PayPal so please be sure to select a valid shipping address when sending your payment.  If you do not select an address your payment will be rejected. Please do NOT put the address in the "notes" section,  We do not see the notes when shipping your order.  Most orders are shipped online from the PayPal/USPS shipping tool and we cannot make modifications to the shipping address provided with your payment without it becoming "Unconfirmed" so it is very important that you select the correct shipping address in PayPal at the time of checkout.  If you would like your order sent to a friends or family member please add them in your PayPal address book.  You can have up to 30 different shipping address in PayPal.  If you would like to add additional addresses in PayPal but don't know how click here for complete instructions.  

 We CANNOT ship to addresses that are part street address & part PO Box and we CANNOT modify the address because it will then become "Unconfirmed".  Many people do this because they do not know if the seller is going to be shipping via USPS or UPS but the USPS does not like this and many times will send the packages back to us costing additional postage to have it reshipped.  We only ship via USPS so please log into PayPal and separate the two addresses by clicking on the link above and following the instructions for adding additional addresses in PayPal.

Money Order Addresses:
Please be sure the shipping address in your eBay account is the same as the ship to address included with your payment so that we can ship your order online with free delivery confirmation.  If you do not have your correct address on file we will not be able to ship your order online and you will not receive free delivery confirmation.
