Item As Described: We guarantee all of our items to be as described. If we made a mistake please contact us to get it corrected. Please reserve the less that 5 star ratings for sellers who deliberately misrepresent their products!

Communication: We respond to all message within 1 business day & shipment notifications are always sent! If for any reason you do not get a response or did not get your shipment notification please double check your spam settings.  We will sometimes work on weekends or holidays but please do not expect a reply until the first following business day! Please reserve the less than 5 star ratings for sellers who do not reply to your messages.  If you bought, paid and received your order with no need to communicate with us please don't leave less than 5 stars!

Shipping Time: We ship in1-2 business days (every M,W,F). Once we have shipped your order we are not responsible for USPS transit times.  Please don't penalize us for USPS delays! If you need your order quickly please pay for priority mail. Please reserve the less than 5 star "Shipping Time" rating for sellers who are slow to ship your order.

Shipping & Handling Charges: We do not inflate our shipping! We do not charge a handling fee! We only charge the actual cost of postage & packing materials.  We always combine shipping and are up front about the shipping costs.  If you do not like our shipping charge please do not bid!  Please reserve the less than 5 star ratings for sellers who inflate the shipping charges and/or do not combine shipping.
