I received the Ridgeline about 3 days before the expecting delivery date. It was well protected in the packaging. I had some difficulty understanding the instructions regarding the Prusik soft shackle so I sent Chris an email requesting more information about it and in no time he emailed me back with the necessary information. The ridgeline is already installed without a hitch. The ridgeline is easy to install and it is very simple to adjust its length. Happy camper here.
