We have a policy that a customer can not purchase more than 1 bag of any 1 single flavor, blend or varietal without having purchased that flavor, blend or varietal from us before.
A customer can purchase as many bags of coffee as they wish, but of different flavors, blends or varietals, until they know they like a specific flavor, blend or varietal.
We have over 70 flavors, blends & varietals (some very unique), and flavor is very subjective.
This policy saves the customer from purchasing a multiple qty of 1 single flavor, blend or varietal of our custom roasted coffee that they may not enjoy as much as they originally thought
If after purchasing 1 bag and you determine that you like that flavor, blend or varietal as much as originally thought, then on your next purchase, you can purchase multiple bags of that flavor, but never exceeding 4 bags of the same flavor.

If a customer insists on purchasing more than 1 bag of any 1 single flavor, blend or varietal, then they waive their right of return and the items are non returnable and money is non-refundable.
