Our hours of operation are between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. Any emails sent will be answered in the order they are recieved and must include the item number and short description. Any messages that do not include both of these things will not be answered. No mail will be answered after 5:00 PM CST on weekdays, any messages recieved after this time will be answered on the next business day. No email will be answered or read Saturday or Sunday. Again, all messages recieved during this time will be answered in the order they are recieved. Winning bidders will be sent an email at or before 5:00 PM CST the day the auction closes containing all of the required payment information, there is no need to contact us unless this does not occur. Payments received on weekends or holidays will be handled the next business day. No auctions will be ended early or be sold outside of Ebay's auction system.
PAYMENTS
We accept only money orders, cashier checks, PayPal and Bidpay (confirmed addresses only). NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction. Shipping and handling will be paid by the buyer and is non-refundable. All shipping and handling charges are listed below.
SHIPPING
Shipping Charge is NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping charges include packing materials, foam, peanuts, boxes, tape and all other materials used. We ship to the 48 Continental United States only. Shipping options are UPS ground only unless shipping to an APO, FPO or PO Box. If we will be shipping to one of these addresses please contact us for approval prior to bidding. I ship to confirmed Paypal and Bidpay addresses only. Shipments within the state of Texas will require an 8.25% sales tax. If you are tax exempt or a reseller you will need to provide the appropriate ID number.
RETURNS
All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Any shipment that is returned without authorization will be refused. Only the winning bid amount will be refunded, any shipping charges will not. We may not refund the entire amount on items that are damaged in shipping due to poor packaging on the return. The item must be the exact item sold to you. All serial numbers are recorded along with additional identification methods. DOA or defective items must be identified and you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item, NO exceptions. Returns made within 10 business days are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted beyond 10 business days.
