 NPS specializes in liquidation of quality products from a wide range of categories. Categories you might see us listing in include sporting goods, tools, hardware, computers, software, electronics, toys, clothing, apparel, musical instruments, automotive parts, furniture, art, and collectibles.
We are closed Monday September 7th  to observe the Labor Day holiday.  We will be back in the office on Tuesday September 8th. Orders placed on Friday September 4th through Monday September 7th, will be processed Tuesday, September 8th.

Each product that we sell on eBay is guaranteed to be in the condition described in our listings. We pride ourselves on honesty and strive to do our best to make sure that every transaction will leave our customers with a desire to return. If for some reason your order is not as described please give us the opportunity to make it right. Please be aware that we are open for business Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (MST). We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Below you will find a list of questions and answers for basic customer support needs and information on how to contact us directly.

  • Q: Why haven't I received the tracking information for my order?
  • A: Our tracking number notification system is automated. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address associated to your paypal account. If you have not been emailed a tracking number please contact us here.
  • Q: The item I received is dead on arrival (DOA) or is not as described in the auction, now what?
  • A: Please be patient and send us a detailed message including your full name, ebay item number, and describing what is wrong with the item and we will do everything we can to make it right with you. We can be reached by email here.
  • Q: Why haven't I received feedback?
  • A: Our feedback system is automated via eBay, please be patient you will receive feedback very shortly.
  • Q: I received the wrong item, now what?
  • A: Please be patient we sometimes make mistakes. Please send us a detailed message including your full name, ebay item number, and a description of what item you received. We will do everything we can to make it right with you. We can be reached by email here.
  • Q: Why do I have to wait for the auction to end when I am ready to buy it now.
  • A: We don't end auctions early or place Buy-It-Now prices on any auctions that are currently listed on eBay.
  • Q: I am looking at a "Buy-It-Now listing and it says "Immediate Payment Required", how does that work?
  • A: Immediate Payment Required has been established by eBay to help eliminate non-paying bidders. When you click the "Buy-It-Now" button you will be taken to your paypal account to pay for the item immediately. If you do not pay for the item then the listing will not end and you will not be obligated to the NPS Store whatsoever.
  • Q: I want to purchase multiple items do you combine shipping?
  • A: Yes, we offer combined shipping on up to 10 items purchased in a 7 day period. After you are done bidding please send us an email and we will send you an invoice via ebay.
