My store features Native American Jewelry from the Navajo, Hopi, Zuni, and Santo Domingo people of New Mexico and Arizona. My sister and I began this collection in the early 1970's. Everything we sell is authentic, sterling silver, and genuine turquoise, coral, and various types of shell. We chose our business name to relate to our inventory. Our name is Shadi- Shidezhe, which translates from Navajo as a phrase: "This is my big sister. This is my little sister." We wanted to choose a name that related to the artists we represent. The pieces you see in my store came directly from the artists or from reputable representatives helping the artists find a showcase for their art. None of my pieces are imported. They are from the Navajo, Zuni, Hopi, and Santo Domingo artists who created them. All stones are genuine. Everything is sterling silver. The collection spans the decades of the 1970's and 1980's. We also have old pawn pieces from earlier decades. Our jewelry is a passion for us.
