To all my valued customers
During this time of economic hardship for our nation, I want you to know that ebay has made a new policy decision that is going to force ebay sellers to raise their prices.  
Ebay has decided that insurance, which could previously be left as optional on items at the sellers & buyers descrection, now must be included.
They suggest that sellers either raise their prices or their handling fees to cover these costs.  This will raise costs on nearly EVERY THING you buy on ebay.
Example: a 2.00 packet of feathers shipped USPS first class mail... now will have 1.75 added to the total cost or handling fees.
With the exception of highly breakable items, or orders of high value, we have always left insurance as our customers option. 
I feel that my customers have a right to make reasonable choices for themselves, and that you as my customer should be informed as to WHY all prices on ebay will soon be going up drastically.
If you do not like this new ebay policy... I encourage you to contact ebay, either through the suggestion box or through the contact ebay live chat or email and let them know how you feel about their "bright idea".
