I hadn't heard from them by Sept 17 & opened a paypal dispute. That is when I ordered from you. You communicated with me via email until all my questions had been answered before I ordered. You even gave me a timeline & stuck to it. By coincidence, both blankets arrived Sept 21st. Yours after 4 days, ********** after 32 days. My sister said your blanket was ready to go & loved the print. The solid light blue ********* blanket had an odor & needed to be washed. Luckily you included instructions on how to wash your blanket, since ******** didn't tell my sister how to wash their blanket. We're sharing our experience with our friends & loved ones. We have decided that you are our vendor of choice; honest, communicative, & priced reasonably. My nephew is finally sleeping well. You deserve your 5 stars. I almost forgot to mention, The ******** blanket was hard as a rock! Your softer design is truly made for a small child's comfort. Thank you for being head and shoulders above your competition. Sorry I haven't gotten back to you to thank you yet. My son LOVES his blanket. He settles down like magic when he cuddles up with it. So obviously I love it, too! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for an amazing product. My son uses the weighted blanket at school for nap time. They use to have to "rock" him back and forth for him to calm and relax in order to fall asleep... they are amazed with the results of the blanket - a couple of taps on his back and he is now completely relaxed.
