· Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
Yes, we combine shipping when all items are paid for on 1 invoice! If items are paid for in seperate payments, they may ship seperately and incur seperate shipping charges. Please contact us before paying if you require assistance in combining shipping fees! griffintrader@alltel.net
· After payment is made, how soon will my item ship?
We usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, excluding Sundays and holidays. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment notification email. Please allow 3 days with priority shipping or 5 days with standard shipping for delivery. If after that time, your item hasn’t arrived, please contact us so that we may attempt to research your shipment!
· Can I pay over the phone with a credit card?
We accept credit card payments through Pay Pal only.
For international buyers: please be aware that the only United States Postal Service shipping method that provides international tracking is Global Express Mail. If you require tracking, please inquire as to the cost for that service, based on the weight of your purchases, before paying. Otherwise, your items will ship via Airmail Letter Post or Airmail Parcel Post (depending on weight), and will not be able to be tracked. We can provide proof that the package was delivered to our local post office, but we are not responsible for a package once it leaves the US. It will be your responsibility to research an undelivered package from your end.
