Combined shipping policy

Combined shipping discount is available when all items are paid for on 1 invoice. eBay may not combine the shipping automatically, so please contact us for a combined invoice BEFORE paying if you require assistance with this! If you request a combined invoice AFTER you've checked out & paid for each item seperately, we'll issue a refund through Pay Pal for the overpayment in shipping, less the per-transaction fee that Pay Pal charges.

 Tracking a shipment

If you require tracking with your order, opt & pay for USPS Express Mail, the only USPS shipping service that provides tracking. Otherwise, your order will ship via the USPS shipping service you select and will include a delivery confirmation number which will not allow you to track a package. You will receive a shipment notification email when your item ships. This notification will be sent to the eBay or Pay Pal provided email address associated with your account.

 Express Shipping

The fastest shipping service we offer is USPS Express Mail, which is guaranteed by the USPS to arrive in 2 days. Weekend delivery is $14.95 in addition to the Express Mail fee. Shipments usually arrive in 1 day, but that is not guaranteed. If you require Express shipping, the cut-off time for your shipment to go out the same day you pay for your order is 2:00pmEST Monday through Friday.

Correspondence

We attempt to reply to emails 7 days a week. In the event we are away, we'll post a vacation notice in our listings & in our store. If you need to provide special instructions regarding your order (change of address, substitution of items in your order, etc), please provide that information in the comment section provided by Pay Pal for that purpose.

Telephone orders

Due to time constraints, we prefer to conduct sales via the internet. We usually are unable to call customers on the phone in a timely manner. We are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone, although we do accept credit card payments through Pay Pal.

International Orders

International orders of $50 or more will only ship via USPS Global Express Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. Please be aware of this before buying from us!!

Insurance

We include insurance in the shipping fee of our posters & ceramic wall art, as well as select other orders. We can add insurance to any order by request. With insured shipments, it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a claim for loss or damage with the shipping company. We will be happy to provide any documents needed in order to assist you with your claim.

Return policy

Refunds, replacements or substitutes will be issued if item(s) are returned within 7 days of receipt, as determined by the delivery confirmation service provided by shipping service. In the event of damage to an insured order, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to file a damage claim.  Please be aware that there may be differences in color appearance, due to the settings on your monitor. When in doubt about color, please email us for clarification before commiting to buy!
