 | A: Because of the nature of my items and health concerns, all of my sales are final. I am sorry if this causes you any inconvenience, but know that all of the items sold at Naughty and Nice Lingerie are new, unless specifically stated in the auction. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: I do combine shipping for multiple items purchased. Whenever you use buy-it-now, shipping is FREE (within the USA)!
Outside of the US: I only ship priority mail, which is extra. Please email me for a pricing quote based on the items you are interested in. I still combine shipping for international orders. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: While I cannot control USPS delivery of an item, I can control how quickly I get your package into their hands! I state in my store that I will ship within 48 hrs. Usually, I will ship the same day! The only exceptions are weekends & holidays.
I use USPS for most of my delivery needs, so your local mail carrier will be handling your delivery. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: There are no shipping or handling charges when you use Buy-It-Now in my store for items being shipping within the USA. International orders are based on what you are interested in purchasing and where the package is going. |
 | Q: What is your privacy policy? |

 | A: Naughty and Nice Lingerie will NEVER sell your information. The packages are a plain envelope which contains a shipping label with my name and the business name and address. If you would like me to remove the name of the store from the label, you will have to ask for that special service, which is free of course. |

 | A: All sales final. Payment due within 10 days. Ebay only allows sellers to accept paypal. If you have any questions about payment, please email me. |

 | A: If you are interested in something you do not currently see in my store, please ask! I have at times, been able to get items for some of my customers that was not in my store. There are some times when items are not listed in my store but are in my inventory. I may have made an error in not listing it. |
 | Q: Are all the items listed in your store available for immediate delivery? |

 | A: Yes, all the items listed in my store are available for immediate delivery. However, while few, there have been times when, as humans do, I have made the mistake of listing the wrong size or selling the item without removing it from my store. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. I strive to be the best I can. |

 | A: I only ship Priority mail internationally. Shipping to Canada starts at 12.00 and everywhere else I ship starts at 14.00. My international shipping costs are per envelope and not per item. So if you wanted 3 items and they all fit into the 9.5 x 12 envelope, then it will only be one charge. Email me for specific item shipping quotes. |
