TERMS OF SALE: Ask questions before bidding.
Due to the high volume of questions, we answer question related to the listed item only. It is virtually impossible for us to answer technical or application questions in a timely manner. Please direct your technical questions to your mechanic
1. Payment: you may pay immediately after auction is closed by Paypal or we Accept Company Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order.
2. For Domestic customers we ship FedEx or USPS. Payments must be received within 7 days. (Include your telephone number for the shipper). Non-Paying Bidders will be reported and blocked... Please note: On items that weigh over 100 pounds bidder must make arrangement for local freight service to pickup and deliver, we will make sure that it ready for shipment, packing fee is $10.00
3. Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended …. If Shipping Damage occurs: We are not responsible for damage due to shipping/handling, includes any damage by the carrier… Bidder must file any claim with the carrier.
4. Refund: All items are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated, or we have grossly misrepresented the item in our ad. Any refunds issued will be the original purchase price less all shipping cost. You are responsible for the return shipping and refunds will be done within 5 days from receipt of returned merchandise.
5. Feedback: We always leave feedback after you have done so, as this is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
6. We want our buyers to be happy with their item, as we have many repeat buyers…. So please contact us if there is ever a problem as we want you to be happy too…
7. Policy & Privacy: We do not share your information with any others. By bidding on the item, you agree to the above Terms and Sale. If you do not agree, please do not bid.
