 | A: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final as we DO NOT sell any used items. However, if you receive any defective items, please contact us within 3 business days and we will gradly give you an instruction how to return the item. |

 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes, all orders above $70.00 on two or more lingerie items will receive free shipping at check out ( US Only). International orders will receive 50% off each additional item shipping. If you are having issues with check out, please contact us we will send you a new invoice within 24 hours except Saterday, Sunday and Holidays. |

 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: US : All orders are processed everyday at 6:00 PM. Any payment received before 6:00 PM will be shipped out the following day and it normally takes 2-7 business days depending on the location. We are not responsible for unexpected delays with USPS.
International :7-30 days depending on the location by USPS First Class. |

 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: To make it as simple as possible, we charge $8.95 for most of our lingerie items. Price of certain items including thongs, G-strings and other small items are $6.95. Please look at each listing for shipping & handling charges. |

 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 |
 | A: Yes, International Shipping is $12.00 for the first item and 50% discount for 2nd & 3rd etc. Depending on the weight of items, we may ship items by USPS Priority but most of items will be shipped by USPS International First Class Mail. |

 | Q: Can I get a tracking number for my package? |
 |
 | A: You should have received your tracking number by email as it's automatic but if your email account is set up with spam filter, it may not go through. Please contact us for tracking number if you have not received one.
Tracking number may NOT available for international order as they are shipped by USPS First Class. |

 | Q: I have not received my package, It's been a month ( International Orders), What do I do? |
 |
 | A: We must have at least 30 days to investigate your order if it is international order. We do not gurantee ANY shipping time as we have seen packages delivered after 30 days to certain location. Once 30 days are passed, please contact us, if you didn't purchase insurance for international order, please give it at least 40 days and contact us. |

 | Q: I have purchased multiple items but only some items are showing up at checkout. What do I do? |

 | A: Please contact us to requset a new invoice, we will send you a combined invoice ( Free Shipping on All US Orders Above $70 ) |
