I applaud the seller for their honesty. Almost immediately after I purchased this beautiful planter it was packed up and ready to go with a shipping label printed. Unfortunately unbeknownst to the seller, somebody stole it from their mailbox while it was waiting for USPS pickup. A couple days after delivery was expected I reached out to the seller and they did their research and found out what happened. They immediately refunded the money I paid. Thank you!
