Orders are processed same day of paid order. Any exception will be posted on my eBay store header, such as in the rare case I am out of town.

PAYMENT:  All major credit cards and eChecks are securely accepted through PayPal. It generally takes 4 business days for e-checks to clear. We no longer accept Merchant credit cards. Please use PayPal for the secure way to use your major credit card.

DISCOUNT SHIPPING ON BOOKS: We give a shipping discount for additional books on the same order. When you are finished shopping just request a combined invoice before paying. Shipping on your combined invoice will be for the one book with the highest shipping cost and all additional books ship free (USA only). If additional items are won after your invoice has been sent please request or wait for a combined invoice before sending payment. If you choose to pay for items without waiting for a combined invoice the difference can not be refunded.

We ship books Worldwide  Orders that ship in the International Priority Mail Flat Rate Box will include FREE SHIPPING for all additional items that will fit in the flat rate box. Please include a phone number which is required to print a customs label online.

I carefully package book orders within 24 hours of completed payment or cleared eCheck. Prices include confirmation and tracking. It is recommended you purchase the optional shipping insurance- otherwise, I can not be responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped.

DROP SHIPPING ~ Current shipping times for our dropshippers are posted on our store header.
We ship within the USA directly from the manufacturers.
Please provide a contact phone number for the shipper.
Insurance is included in the shipping fees.
Guidecraft and Wild Zoo items ship directly from the manufacturer (usually next day) to arrive UPS Ground about 4 or 5 days later. Insurance is included.
Jonti-Craft items are made-to-order and ship directly from the manufacturer in MN, USA. Insurance is included. See our ebay store header for current ship time. Shipping charges shown in our listings are for the 48 contiguous USA. Canada inquire for shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

RETURN POLICY: Jonti-Craft, Guidecraft, and Wild Zoo items ship directly from the manufactuer with their guarantees and return policies on items damaged in shipment.
Damaged Items:  Please note any damage to the carton and report any damage to the carrier at the time of delivery. Keep all original packaging. Then contact the seller (not the manufacturer except for Wild Zoo) immediately. A replacement item will be promptly shipped and the damaged one picked up in the original package.
Returns: Refund minus return shipping and a 20% restocking fee as required by the manufacturer.

Sales tax: 7.60% will be added to orders shipped within MO only. Wild Zoo, Jonti-Craft, and Guidecraft are excluded as they do not ship from Missouri.
