| |  | | Since 2001, when I began selling on Ebay, nobody has ever asked to return tires, but Ebay wants us to have a policy posted. Tires may only be returned if the customer purchased the wrong item by mistake, and only then in exchange for the correct item. Customer pays all associated shipping costs. The return of defective tires (very rare, only about 1 out of 1,000 tires ever have a problem) is covered under the quality guarantee. Otherwise, all sales are final. |
