Q: When do you leave feedback for buyers?
A: Our mission is to deliver great products at great prices ...quickly and efficiently. Because of this commitment, and due to the number of transactions that we fulfill daily, it is necessary for us to use an automated system to leave feedback for our customers. The system automatically leaves feedback for all customers who have left feedback for us.
Q: How can I return a product?

Q: Do you offer a refund policy on defective, or item not as described products?
A: Yes. But product must be returned to us first before any refunds or exchanges can be given and in the original condition that you received the product in. We will offer you a refund minus shipping cost or replace it with another item of equal or lesser value if we do not have another in stock to replace it.
Q: How long can I wait to pay for my item?
A: From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen, you have exactly 15 days to complete payment. On the 15th day, we must cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale. Please note: if you are waiting on multiple items, your checkout must be completed within 15 days of your FIRST item being won.
Q: I am bidding on other items - do you offer combined shipping discounts?
A: If you win one item and complete our checkout immediately, you will not be eligible to receive combined shipping on subsequent items purchased or won. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Items purchased using the same online ID (ie. ebay user ID) will automatically be consolidated into one checkout "cart" and will apply the combined shipping discount to your order total. Once a checkout has been completed, all subsequent transactions will be added to a new checkout "cart". If you use multiple online ID's, there is no way for us to combine those checkout items.
Q: Are all your products brand new?
A: Yes unless otherwise stated in the auction.
Q: How much is shipping for this item?
A: Shipping and handling rates are dependent upon the type of product as well as the shipping method you choose during checkout. Rates range from $9.95 for Priority mail USA to over $40.00 for International Priority shipping of larger goods. For exact s/h rates on your item(s), please e-mail us for a quote before paying.
Q: I live near you- Can I just pick up my item to avoid shipping fees?
A: Yes. we are open 8:30am to 3:00pm Eastern Time weekdays. We are closed during the weekends. Please give Billy a call to get directions.
Q: Can I bid if I live outside of the U.S.?
A:,Yes you can. We ship worldwide. we ship to a confirmed paypal address. Canada and Mexico shipping will be cheaper than the rest of the International world, so please e-mail us for a correct quote before bidding if you live in those countries.
