Product- shipped from Amazon- was the new formulation (no nutmeg) instead of the original ingredients, which is why there are 3 stars on item description. Thought it was the original formulation as all photos showed, which was the reason I bought it, otherwise could have gotten for a few bucks cheaper from another vendor.
