Return Policy

Returns are accepted for refund or store credit. They have to be made within 14 days or they will not be accepted. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. If returning an item you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Use a mail service which provides a tracking number as a proof of postage. The item must be sent back in the same condition, just the way it was received with all the tags present. If you are returning items from abroad you must declare them as "returned goods". If this is not done we will take the resulting customs charges from the amount for refund.

Exceptions: We will not charge a restocking fee and we will cover any shipping costs if the item is returned due to our error (i.e. item is not as advertised, or if it has a significant defect)

Feedback Policy

Your opinion matters and that's why feedback is of great importance to us. When a positive feedback is received, we will leave feedback as well. If there is any problem, contact us before leaving any feedback to see if we can somehow resolve the situation in the best way possible. Leaving negative feedback will result in the same action from our side.
