| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:All sales are final and we do not refund or exchange for any reason that does not fall under our Shipping Insurance and/or Guaranteed to Play policy. Please review these policies in the listings description. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Our current Shipping Discount is 50% off each additional item's shipping amount. Discount is good on all items bought in a 3 day period. Highest shipping amount will be charged in full, and each additional item's shipping will be 50% off. Once an item has been paid for it is no longer eligible to be combined for shipping discounts. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:The average US shipping time is 2-6 days from the time of shipment. The average international shipping time is 4-14 days from time of shipment. On rare occasions we have seen items take up to 2 months..and we have no idea why. We do not have any control over the item once the item has been shipped. Our normal shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Our Shipping and handling charges are always clearly stated at the top and bottom of the item's description. Our shipping prices are Flat Rate and are non-negotiable. We do not refund any unused amount. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes we ship internationally, but we do not ship to Mexico, South America, or Africa. International buyers must have a confirmed address if using paypal. Otherwise they can send an international Money Order. |
| Q:When will you Leave feedback for me? |

| A:We leave feedback based on the entire transaction. We do not leave feedback until the transaction is complete. We consider a transaction to be complete once the buyer has left us feedback. As soon as you leave positive feedback letting us know that you are happy we will leave you positive feeback. Nonpaying bidders always get negative feedback. |
| Q:Will you cancel my order? |

| A:Being that ebay does not allow us sellers to cancel an order without
still incurring the fees of selling the item we can not actually
cancel an order. We do however understand that sometimes things happen so we now provide a cancellation fee of 1.25 for every 5.00 increment. |
| Q:How long do I have to pay? |
|
| A:As stated in the description of every item you have 3 days to make payment. After 3 days the item will be relisted and you will receive negative feedback. We will also file a non-paying bidder form through ebay. We do not take any excuse for late payments or non payment. If you can take the time to buy the item you can take the time to pay. |
| Q:Can I still make a payment after the 3 day payment period? |

| A:Yes, if we still have the item, however, a .50 per day late fee will be added to the total price. |
| Q:What info do I need to send if I pay with a money order? |
|
| A:The item #, name of the item, & your address clearly printed. If your address is different than the one listed with ebay you will need to make clear note of it. If an international buyer sends anything other than an INTERNATIONAL Money Order, if a money order is not completely filled out, or the info is not included we will not honor it as payment |
| Q:What if I do not like your prices or policies? |

| A:Simply, do not buy from us. |
| Q:Will you ship to an unconfrimed address or a address other than my Confirmed Paypal address? |

| A:Yes, just send a money order and make a note that you want it shipped to an address other than the one you have on file. |
| Q:When will my email be answered? |
|
| A:If your answer can be found on this page we may not actually send a reply. Otherwise it will be answered in the order it was received. Please be aware that we get thousands of emails a week. |
| Q:If I received an item that is not as stated or was broken in the mail? |
|
| A:Please refer to our Insurance Policy clearly stated in all of our descriptions. We follow that policy in every situation. |
