Here at NewFire Gaming we have two categories for condition: New or Pre-Played/Pre-Owned. If an item is not new then it is pre-played/Pre-owned. Items may be in new, excellent, great, good, or fair condition based on a combination of factors. Factors include, but are not limited to, the overall condition of each individual item stated in the "You Will Receive" section of this listing which come together to create the sum total of the item(s) being sold. (Examples discs, cartridges, tapes, manuals, cases, inserts, labels, wrappers, etc.) Some pre-played items may be ex-rentals while others may simply have their factory seal missing and be in mint condition. As reflected by our extremely positive feedback most of our customers believe our items are in great condition or even better than expected, but we have now chosen to use a general condition rating system because we deal with so many customers that have differing opinions of what a condition rating implies. We have also now chosen to give this lengthy explanation of our stores definition of pre-played so that there will be no confusion to our customers. If you feel the general condition rating that we have provided is not sufficient enough to provide a proper understanding of the actual condition then please ask before you buy so that we may assist you by providing further details or pictures. Please be patient in waiting for a response as we deal in very high volumes of orders and customers. Your questions are important to us.
