much does shipping cost? |
Shipping is FREE on most items when
certain minimum requirements are met. Larger items may have oversize surcharges.
Smaller items (less than 1 lb) normally ship for no more than a few bucks.
You can always add the items you want to the shopping cart to see the
shipping cost without having to input any personal information. |

| We are currently setup to take Visa/MasterCard,
PayPal, and Money Orders. |

can I track my order? |
Once your order is shipped, you will
receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track
your package. You can login into your account on our website and view
your order history to access the tracking information. |

I come to your store and pick up my order? |
Sorry, no local pick ups. Our warehouse
is not open to the public at this time. |

will my order be shipped? |
| We will ship your order by the best available
method at the time. We take great care to ensure every package arrives safely
and in a timely manner. If you need a certain shipping carrier to delivery
your item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

long does shipping take? |
That depends on the shipping method
selected at the time of purchase. Our standard FREE shipping can take
3-10 business days depending on your location. All packages are shipped
from our warehouse in Southern California. If you need faster shipping,
you can select the upgrade option during the checkout process. Please
remember to add processing time to the delivery time when making your
selection. |
| Can
I have a package shipped to an address other than my billing address? |
| Yes, we allow multiple shipping addresses.
You may wish to send a gift for xmas or a birthday. We will still need your
complete and accurate billing information to process the order. We verify
your billing address with the credit card company, so please make sure the
information is correct. |
| Do
you ship to PO Boxes? |
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes using
the United States Postal Service. Not all packages can be shipped to PO
Boxes. Large or Oversize items may require a physical address. Please
be sure to include a PO Box and a physical address when you complete the
address section of your account setup. Often times for smaller packages
(less than 1 lb), we will give you a FREE upgrade to 2-3 Day air shipping
if you provide us with a PO Box. Physical addresses that do not accept
packages from the USPS are not eligible for this FREE upgraded shipping
option. |

will my order ship? |
We work very hard at shipping every
order within 1-2 business days. Due the volume of orders being shipped
every day, we can not guarantee in stock status on every item on our website.
If for any reason your shipment is delayed, you will be notified by email
immediately. |
| Do
you ship internationally? |
| Yes, we can ship to the following location:
Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. We only
ship internationally using the 3-6 Day Express Mail Service (EMS) from the
United States Postal Service (USPS). We will NOT ship using the cheaper
surface or economy methods available from the USPS because those methods
DO NOT include a tracking number. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
