During the ordering process you can review, change, or delete the information that you have submitted. We encourage you to update your information if it changes. You may ask to have some information on your account deleted or removed but because we keep track of past purchases, we cannot delete that information or information of a similar type, such as information pertaining to warranties. Note we "back up" the data stored on our systems, and such prior information cannot be completely removed from our databases. Do not expect that all of your Personally Identifiable information will be completely removed from our backed-up databases.

There are two classes of information that may be collected: Personally Identifiable and Non-Personally Identifiable.

Personally Identifiable information lets us know specifically who you are. Personal information is requested when you order a product, register for club membership, request product information customized to your needs, fill out surveys, or send us feedback. For example, this information might include your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, email address, credit card or other payment information, and product details. We use this information to fill your orders and better provide you with personalized services.

If you visit sites available through a link on our site, those sites will independently collect, use and share your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share personal information with sites linked to NEXT Hobbies.

Non-Personally Identifiable information is information that does not by itself identify any specific individual. We gather such information about based upon how you navigate on our site. This information may include the website's Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that you came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. For example if we know what browsers are being used to visit our site we can design our web site to work better with them.

We do research on visitors demographics, interests, and pages viewed based on the information provided to us during ordering, engaging promotions, surfing profiles, server log files, or surveys. We do not sell, lend, trade or rent any Personal Identifiable Information to others. We do provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information about our customer’s patterns, sales and statistics to other parties but this information does not disclose personal information. We may also provide Personal Identifiable Information to enforce the terms and conditions upon which we do business or protect the rights, safety, personal and property of NEXT Hobbies. Example: if you do not pay for a product ordered and delivered we may submit your account information to a third party collection agency.

If NEXT Hobbies is asked by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information we will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation, without prior notice to you. Additionally we fully cooperate with law enforcement to identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. Attempts to “hack” our site unlawful. Violations of trademarks and/or copyrights are unlawful.

We may send you email or other communications regarding specials promotions and new products we have available on our site. You may opt-out or unsubscribe from our email, newsletters and promotions by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us, or by sending an email to optout@NEXThobbies.com. When you do opt-out will not receive future communications unless you opt-in, usually by opening a new account or entering a contest or requesting a coupon or information.
