Return
Policy
NEXT Hobbies wants to deliver to you the exact merchandise you ordered, and
deliver it in a timely manner. We accept returns within 30 days from the date
the item was delivered (verified by the tracking number). Returned merchandise
(items) must be in NEW and unused condition and complete with its original packaging.
Open box, tested, assembled or partially assembled items will be considered
used items.
You are responsible
for shipping charges to return an item to NEXT Hobbies. Returns sent COD will
also not be accepted.
NEXT Hobbies does not accept returns on electronic items including but not limited
to: software, batteries, speed controls, radio systems, receivers, servos, electric
motors, gas/nitro motors, chargers, balancers, gyros, electronic testing equipment.
Shipping charges
will only be refunded if the need to return an item was due to an error by NEXT
Hobbies, restocking fees do not apply to NEXT Hobbies shipping errors. A 20%
restocking fee will be applied to all return items.
RMA #
- Return Merchandize Authorization
You must contact us within 30 days to receive a “RMA” a Return Merchandize
Authorization number. Any package without an RMA number will be refused.
You must request
a RMA number and we must assign one to you, which means we approve the return.
Email your request for an RMA using returns@nexthobbies.com
this established the date and time of your request. We will provide instructions
with your approved RMA via email. All returns not showing an approved RMA on
the outside of the return box will be refused at delivery. We issue you a RMA,
we must receive your package within 20 days from the issue date of the RMA number
or delivery of your package may be refused.
When packing your
order for return, include all the original items, parts, packing, instructions
and/or manuals that were included. We will be unable to process your return
if items or parts are missing. Please properly packed to avoid damage to the
items or they may be refused.
Used Items
NEXT Hobbies does NOT accept returns on USED items. The flying, floating, driving
or running of pre-built models, installing and uninstalling of upgrade parts,
installation and use of electronics, and other similar actions, constitutes
used items, as does missing parts. Items returned showing signs of possible
use will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer, and no
refund or credit will be granted.
Wrong Item

Please email returns@nexthobbies.com
if the wrong items were shipped, we will provide instructions for returning
the items you received and arrange shipment of the items you ordered. You must
contact us by email (which has a date/time stamp) within 3 days of receiving
your package if there are any missing parts or incorrect items.
Product
Exchanges
If you request another item in exchange for returned item, and there
is a difference in price, indicate how you wish to pay or be credited the difference
(Visa/MasterCard). An exchange is only valid for new items being returned. Please

Damaged
Merchandise
If a package has been damaged in shipping, please REFUSE the delivery.
If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that the item was
damaged, please email us as soon as possible. Save all paperwork and packing
material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing
the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise to us yourself
as it could affect the claim and keep you from receiving credit for the damaged

Defective
Merchandise
Inspect your order and items as soon as it arrives. If you discover that an
item is defective prior to use, email us returns@nexthobbies.com
for return instructions. We may accept returns and exchange the defective items
for like replacements. Defects found after the product has been used are covered
under the manufacturer's warranty.
Due to the sensitive
nature of the items sold on this website, all returns must be on NEW unused
items. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Only the manufacturer can determine if the product is defective or was damaged
during use or misuse. The manufacturer does not permit us to handle warranty
related issues.
For certain items
that we import or manufacture ourselves, we will handle the warranty directly.
You’ll know which items those are by looking at your invoice. Any item
with a part number or SKU number starting with NXT____ will be warranted directly
by NEXT Hobbies.
Lost Shipments
All shipments are tracked with a tracking number. The carrier must acknowledge
that the shipment was lost and provide us with a claim number for us to process
lost shipment requests. Report lost shipments at support@nexthobbies.com.

the right, to change this Return Policy at any time.
