How come your shoe size listings are different than what I am use to?
Our stores operate on European sizing. You'll notice the listings say, for example, 37R or 41N. This isn't a cult language, but rather simply another way to calculate sizing for shoes.
How do I know what width size to purchase?
"R" = Regular or wider width for Birkenstock product. This is pretty wide by American standards.
"N" = Narrow, or medium to narrow by American standards.
What is my shoe size?

What is your return policy?
We actually have two different return policies, necessitated by our recent addition of new product - we're on eBay Express now!
Discounted/Clearence Return Policy - These are liquidation items, and we're getting rid of them. These items are not returnable unless there is a discrepancy with my listings (Occasionally, there is - I do make mistakes every so often). The best idea is to ask as many questions as you need to before purchasing one of these items. This policy is listed within the item listing for easier access as well. Incidentally, its easy to tell which they are - I only have TWO prices for these items: $49.99, and $79.99 (with minor exceptions, but we're working to clear those up ASAP)
New/Current Merchandise Return Policy - We'll be adding more and more current season and core inventory items to our store moving forward, and as such we are initiating a return policy on these items. The policy is pretty simple:
14 days, clean/unworn/unmarked condition, original box, marked as "Next Step Ebay Returns" on the outside of the box, and please, include your eBay use ID inside somewhere so I can refund you. I will not get technical on this, and I am not out to steal your money - Help me help you get the refund you deserve if you don't like the product. The only responsibility you have is the return shipping!
All buyers complying with the New/Current Merchandise Return Policy will be eligible for a full value exchange or refund - whatever works best for you. I didn't get to be a powerseller by cheating people - don't worry.
