Because customer satisfaction is our #1 focus, we will gladly offer you our No-Hassle Return Policy as promised. Money Back Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase so long as the part(s) is returned in its complete and original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued back in the same method as the original payment. Shipping charges are not refundable unless due to our mistake. Any items marked "No Return" on our website are not returnable.

We will issue you a credit upon the return of your purchased items.

To send your parts back for a refund please follow these instructions:

On the outside of your package please clearly mark your Full Name & Order Number (without these items we cannot guarantee credit).

Core Returns:

To receive credit, cores must be returned within six months of the date your order was placed. Complete engine and transmission cores must be returned within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. Obviously, the core won't be in great condition (or you wouldn't have replaced it) but make sure its not smashed or broken in half, rusted solid, or otherwise unusable. Shipping charges on cores aren't refundable. (Before sending back a core, you'll need to decide if the core deposit is worth the shipping cost).

In order to return the core please follow these instructions:
•All fluids must be drained from the core
•Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you

On the outside of your package please clearly mark your Full Name & Order Number (please not without these items we cannot guarantee credit).
