If you are looking for a bad mood, lost time and money, this is exactly what you will get from this inadequate seller! There is absolutely no respect for the customer - old, faulty, dirty speakers are listed as in excellent, new condition with no wear. When I asked why, I received the answer that there is no difference and the price will be the same. The service is equally slow at every point of transaction !

BUYER BEWARE: Seller distributing FAKE batteries. Look at other negative feedback (see the trend). Apparently seller has "threatened" other buyers for leaving honest feedback. Item that arrived was not the one in the pictures, missing serial #, clearly a copy, & my computer INSTANTLY warned me as "not genuine" as soon as it turned on (see photos). International patent infringement/intellectual property theft. Seller needs reported to HP. VERY UNHAPPY WITH PURCHASE. Go to a real store instead
