Payment Options

Niki's Jewels prefers PayPal, but also accepts Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. All payments must be received within 5 days of auction end. I will combine shipping using the "99 cents for each additional item" promotion for all items won within a week. I absolutely hate to leave negative feedback and contact Ebay regarding "non paying buyers". But I'll do it. Please don't make me!

Shipping

Niki's Jewels ships quickly. I pride myself on that! Items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. I ship Monday thru Friday before Noon (EST) 

You will be notified when your item has shipped. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation standard. Insurance is purchased, by you, as an option. I encourage it! Your items are packaged well in a bubble envelope, but if an item breaks during the shipping process, if insurance wasn't purchased, I am not at fault. Please keep in mind that your satisfaction is VERY important to me and I want to have an excellent relationship with my customers.

Returns

It's simple. If you aren't happy with your purchase, I'm not happy. I want you to be thrilled with your item(s) and tell EVERYONE you know where you purchased it from! Returns are accepted within 7 days of item shipment. PLEASE contact me AS SOON AS you know you will be returning an item. Shipping charges are NOT refunded. You will receive funds for returned items in the form of "PayPal Cash".

Resizing

The service I have always provided my customers at the Niki's Jewels online store is resizing on any item. I continue this service at my Ebay Store. Please contact me to inquire about the minimal fees to do this service.  I try to provide a variety of sizes on all pieces I handcraft, to make the selection easier. Do you have a "special" situation with sizing? Talk to me. I'm solely here to please you and have you enjoy what I create!

Broken Jewelry

Niki's Jewels creates all items using high quality beading wire which provides maximum strength, durability and flexibility. Having said that, over time, the rough insides of some beads can wear down the wire causing it to break. Please contact me if this occurs. The cost for fixing broken jewelry (whether free or a small fee {if all components are not included}) will be determined case by case.

Feedback

I'm extremely proud of my 100% feedback and really wish to keep that. I am also pleased with the positive testimonials on my online store. If you have a problem, question or concern, please talk to me about it. While I won't bend over backwards for those that are obviously looking to take advantage of me, I WILL most definitely do what I can to make any situation a positive one. I want to know what you think of my designs. If you are happy with what you purchased, please let me know through feedback. I would love to know it! Feedback is left for you when I receive payment.

If you would like to receive an email telling you about the new items or sales at Niki's Jewels, simply sign up for the Niki's Jewels newsletter (on the home page). My customers will never receive an unsolicited email from me. You must sign up to receive this new items email.
