| Q:What is your exchange/refund policy? |

| A:We guarantee our products and will gladly exchange them for you to get a good fit. (assuming you haven't run up and down the gravel driveway in the boots ;) We do ask that you pay for shipping, though because at these prices, we really don't make much! And we charge a 10% restocking fee on returns to cover eBay fees, PayPal fees, etc. |
| Q:Do you do Custom Boots? |

| A:No, but we are willing to make minor alterations at the plant for a minimal charge of $25. We call this "Semi-Custom" and they are then not returnable. But at these rates, most folks think it is worth the risk. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship stock items most every day. For semi-custom orders (XXW Field Boots, Mens Boots, etc) which are made at the plant when ordered, it can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on customs. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:The shipping and handling varies, depending on where you are located. You can use the eBay Shipping Calculator at the bottom of the page to enter your Zip/Postal Code and see what your charges would be. We charge actual cost for 6# boots in a 24x18x5 box plus the cost of shipping supplies. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Absolutely! We use USPS Global Express Mail for our International shipments and UPS for International shipments directly from the plant, unless otherwise requested. |
| Q:How do Nittany Boots compare to other brands? |

| A:Very favorably. Personal preferences aside, we get many positive comments about how easily they break in, the excellent quality construction and the reasonable pricing. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes, we do! With smaller items like charms, there is usually a minimal additional charge. With heavier items like boots, the charge is based on the total weight of the items. |
| Q:What does TPR stand for? |
|
| A:TPR stands for Thermo Plastic Rubber - a high/average quality product used to make very long lasting outsoles. We also make outsoles using leather when requested. |
