MY DISTRIBUTORS
I work with distributors and warehouses all over the United States, carrying their products in my for store for you. I've met some really great people, who care about their job, and want to offer the best product and service to me so that I can, in turn, offer it to you. (I just realized I'm the middleman or middlewoman :) In the listing is the zipcode of the product's origin so you know where it's coming from. I've worked hard to try to keep the prices down, and have cut my profit margin down to the bare bones, in order to offer the best price I can.
STREET ADDRESS
A street address is needed for delivery. All the distributors use UPS, FedEx or someone like that to ship their products to you. They cannot ship to a PO Box.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Products only delivered to the continental 48 states. Items with a fixed shipping rate has been calculated for the continental US only. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska is extra. If you are from Hawaii or Alaska, please email me before you purchase so I can give you a shipping cost. Most store items have a calculator to tell you shipping costs to your location. If you purchase an item, you pay for the item and the shipping charges to your location only. If you want the item shipped to another location, please email me so that I can adjust shipping charges for the new location. Most products are shipped UPS ground, which means they cannot be shipped to a Post Office box. Some distributors charge a small handling fee in order to cover the cost of providing drop ship services to you. I've tried to include a shipping calculator on most products, in order to provide you with a cost for shipping. If there is no shipping calculator, then please email me for a cost estimate. No shipping calculator means that they box their products according to what is purchased, so I need to figure shipping out for you. Since I work with so many distributors, I can only combine shipping charges on items from the same warehouse. In the near future, I will be coming up with a system to let you know which products come from the same distributor. In meantime, if you want several items, please email me.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
I process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, usually the same day I receive them. (unless the orders arrive after I'm asleep ;) I process orders 7 days a week, and if I am out of town on vacation or business, my laptop goes with me. Any purchases you make over a weekend, will be at the warehouse bright and early Monday morning.
LENGTH OF SHIPPING TIME
Some distributors ship out the same day, some take 3 - 5 business days, one warehouse ships out in 7 - 10 business days. I will always let you know whats going on.
INSURANCE ON SHIPPING
Insurance is always included in the shipping and handling fees. It is free up to $100 at UPS, and a small charge for deliveries of products whose value is over a $100. I think insurance is very important and will always make sure your deliveries are insured.
EMAILS
I think correspondence is one of the most important services I can provide to a customer. The customer has a right to know what is happening with their order. I love emails and think they are the greatest form of communication since the pony express. :) You will end up with many emails from me, but you will always know what is going on with your order. You will get an acknowledgement email from me letting you know when your order is sent to the warehouse. You will get an email, letting you know when the product is shipped, with a tracking number. I'm finding out that sometimes email servers will block my emails thinking they are spam. If you dont get an email from me within 24 hours of your purchase, please email me. If you get an email from me within the first 24 hours but dont get one with a tracking number, please email and let me know. If I know you cant get my emails, then I can email you though eBay and also through your regular email address. You will get emails from me for certain circumstances, outlined below.
TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
I work hard to keep my listings current with the availability of the products in the warehouse, but sometimes things happen. If you would order an item and it is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately. You will have the option to either wait for the item to come in, or get a full refund immediately. If you decide to wait for delivery of the item, you will get an email from me every few days, letting you know what is going on, so you know that I didnt forget about your order. If you decide to wait, and then change your mind, you can still get a full refund until the product is shipped. Any questions, please email me.
PAYMENTS
Payments are due within 10 days of purchase, unless it is a layaway or special arrangements have been made. If there is going to be a problem, please let me know and we can do a layaway. No orders will be processed unless payment is received. If you purchase something and then change your mind, please let me know, so that I can adjust my inventory accordingly.
LAYAWAY
Christmas is coming. As of today, its less than a half year away, and if you live on a budget like I do, you start shopping early to save money and time. There are also birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, new homes, and open houses. And sometimes you just want something special, just for you. To help with the added expenses, I've decided to offer layaway on a trial basis, and am really excited about it. It will be extra work for me, but I feel it is worth it because it's a great service to offer. My layaway rules and terms are on another page, so please feel free to check them out. They are guidelines so they can be adjusted, depending upon circumstances. I do charge a $5 nonrefundable fee per layaway, just to help offset the additional work of a layaway, but once you've had a layaway with me, and it worked fine, I would probably drop the fee for future layaways with me. :) I charge the $20 cancellation fee as a means to make sure that only people who are truly interested in a layaway service will apply.
Also, on multiple item layaways, I'll work with you on processing parts of the order so you aren't waiting till the very last payment to get everything. How does that sound? :)
RETURN POLICY:
"ALL SALES FINAL" FOR UNDAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Please let me know immediately if the merchandise is damaged when you receive it. Shipping the merchandise back to the warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. (when you return an item to Walmart, they dont reimburse you the cost of driving there, they only reimburse you the cost of the merchandise.) Each warehouse has different policies in handling damaged products. We'll work together to provide a solution that is agreeable to everyone.
WARRANTIES
All items come with a manufacturer's warranty and how to replace it if it is damaged in the future.
CLOSING A TRANSACTION AND FEEDBACK
When you receive your products and everything is okay, please leave me positive feedback to let me know that you are pleased. I will then close the transaction as a success and leave you positive feedback in return.
Positive feedback is important to a seller. It shows potential customers how we are doing, and can influence future purchases. Again, I stress, if there is a problem, please contact me so we can work it out before you leave feedback. |
