Delivery Confirmation Service is included for every package, as available. Merchandise ships within 3 business days from completed payment date, Monday-Friday. Once shipped, please expect a shipping notice email which will include your Delivery Confirmation number .

F.A.Q. Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly do you ship? Many times your package will ship the next day or the day following completed payment. This is dependent on many factors, though, so we only promise shipping within 3 business days from completed payment. This means
Paid on Monday, ships no later than Thursday
Paid on Tuesday, ships no later than Friday
Paid on Wednesday, ships no later than Monday
Paid on Thursday, ships no later than Tuesday
Paid on Friday-Sunday, ships no later than Wednesday In event of Holiday, may ship one day later.
Do you use Parcel Post or Media Mail? Parcel Post, very rarely but may be used for packages over 5lbs- this will be shown on the item page. Media Mail is used for any books and most other qualifying items- this will be shown on the item page.
Which post office do you use? Where is my item coming from? Primary station used is Hazel Green, AL 35750, however items may be mailed from 35758, 35759, 35761, 35802, or another north Alabama zip code.
What will my package look like? Depending on the mode of shipping, item will ship in a poly mailer, a bubble mailer, a Tyvek envelope, or a box. Your package will look similar to one of these:

What if my item does not arrive/is lost? Let me know via email and I'll check your delivery status online. If scanned as delivered but you do not have it, then you'll need to speak to your local postmaster for resolution as package was last known to be at that post office. If not scanned as delivered, item will be filed as lost after 30 days from mailing date, which is the soonest allowed by USPS, and you will be refunded.
What if my item arrives damaged?Keep all packaging. Email to let me know. After inspecting proof of damage: If clear that damage occurred in transit, you will be refunded. If it appears that damage occurred after delivery, no refund will be issued.
