A. I accept PayPal only at this time. With PayPal,
you can pay anyone with all major credit cards
and with e-checks that are withdrawn directly from
your bank account that is on file with PayPal.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Your complete satisfaction is my top priority.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the receipt
of your item. All items MUST be in their original
condition, not worn or altered. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Exchanges are only available on jewelry
items of equal value. No returns are available at the
present time for art.
Q. Do you offer combined shipping discount?
A. Free shipping discount offered when 4 or more items are
purchased as long as all items are purchased within a
7 day period and paid for in 1 single payment.
Q. How much are shipping and handling charges?
A. All USA and Canada shipping costs are based on the buyer's
location and calculated during the time of checkout as long
as all the items are purchased within a 7 day period.
I can not combine items or combine shipping charges if you
have already made individual payments. Please wait until you
have finished shopping before you make your payment. Please keep
in mind that you will automatically receive FREE shipping when you
purchase 4 or more items at a time!
Q. Will you send me a combined invoice at the end of the auction?
A. No, I am sorry, but I do not send invoices out. When you are
finished shopping, simply click on the 'Buy Now' button at the
top of any of my auctions that you want to purchase and then you
will be directed to the checkout page where you can pay via PayPal.
All the information that you need will be on the checkout page,
including details of all of the items that you have purchased and
the combined shipping discounts. Simply follow the prompts to
complete your purchase and pay for your order.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. Orders usually ship within approximately 1-2 business days
from the date that the payment clears. You will receive an
e-mail when your package ships. Packages are shipped via
USPS priority mail within the USA and Canada. Shipping time
takes approximately 3-7 business days to arrive.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, I currently ship to the USA and to Canada only at this time.
Q. When will you leave me feedback?
A. My feedback system is automated. The system leaves feedback
automatically within 48-72 hours after you have given me
feedback which is my indication that you are pleased with the
items you have received and there are no problems with your order.
If there is a problem, please e-mail me before leaving negative feedback,
so I can be given the opportunity to address any problems that you have.
Q. Why haven't you e-mailed me about my order?
A. I send several e-mails throughout the buying process
to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Q. I live locally, can I come by and pick up my order to save on shipping?
A. My eBay store is not a regular brick and mortar store which
keeps my overhead cost to the bare minimum, allowing me to offer
my handcrafted creations below retail pricing. As a result, I am
sorry, but I do not have local pick-up available for orders.
