Free Shipping is to the 48 United States only. Hawaii and Alaska may have additional fees.
Air Filters:
If not satisfied with the quality of our Air Filters you may return them within 30 days. If you receive damaged filters please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with UPS and get more filters out to you.
If, on your initial order, you order the wrong size Air Filters simply return them to us via UPS, FedEX or DHL and we'll ship you the correct size. You will be charged the difference in price, if any. If you do not order a new size a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Custom air conditioner furnace filters are non-refundable.
