If a Shipping amount is not
displayed in a listing, shipping and freight charges and combined charges are
calculated during the checkout process.
If a part requires you to contact
us before purchase or shipping, it will be indicated on that parts details page.
This may be because of its size, shipping concerns (fragile), only available for
local pickup or it is the type of part that is best described in greater detail
before a purchase is made.
Items processed normally will
leave with UPS Ground. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when available. Please
contact us directly at 866-594-4148 or auctions@nordstromsauto.com
for any shipping questions.
UPS, USPS, and FREIGHT shipping
is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping for returns and
warranty issues. Please see our Return and Warranty Policy page for full
details.
Shipping Deadlines
We will process every order within 24 orders of checkout. Our business hours are
from 8-5 M-F CST. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST cannot be guaranteed shipping
that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given
instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please
call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during
checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed
before 3:00 CST. All freight items will go out the same day if the order
is placed before 12:00 noon CST. This is providing that we have adequate
payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.

Shipping Damage Claims
You must inspect your
purchased item(s) when you receive them and immediately notify the shipping
carrier before they leave. Nordstroms is not responsible for damage caused
by shipper. Please notify Nordstrom's Automotive, Inc. at auctions@nordstromsauto.com or 866-594-4148
if the item(s) were damaged at the time you received them and we will help you
with your claim. In order for Nordstroms to get reimbursed by the shipping
company for damage they caused, this must be done. After we receive notification
from the shipping company that they will cover the damages, we will send a
replacement item or reimburse you for your purchase and shipping cost only.
Ship To Locations
All of our listings with shipping
amounts indicated in the listing are for destinations within the 48 US states
only with UPS ground service. APO FPO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority
Mail.
We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii
and Internationally for an extra charge. In most listings, there will be a
shipping calculator that you may click on to determine shipping rates to your
destination. Items sold to International locations, APO FPO, Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories will be sent via USPS Priority
Mail. UPS may be used in unique situations only. We will not ship freight items
and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states.

FREIGHT ITEMS (Engines, Transmissions, Etc..)*
Freight shipping refunds and
coverage is dealt with on a per case basis at the discretion of Nordstrom's
Automotive.
The following terms apply when
buying an engine, transmission or other oversized item from us. This does
not apply to items being shipped VIA UPS or FEDEX. Please read these through
carefully before you make your purchase.

We will not ship any freight
item outside of the 48 US states or International.

Items are shipped to either a
commercial address or a local terminal for pick up.
Commercial address: A commercially zoned area able to
unload a freight item from a freight truck. Example would be the shop that's
doing the work for you. A shop operating at a residence or farm is not
considered commercial unless its a commercial zoned area.
Local Terminal Pick Up: Terminal's are usually
the local location of the carrier the item is being shipped with. Some
carriers are also run from the near by air port. The terminal
will notify you when your shipment has been received and is ready for pick
up. They will be able to load the item on your vehicle for you or have
means to assist you in loading. Terminals range in distance from your
location. We do our best to get them as close as possible but in some cases
they may be a bit of a drive from you. For terminal pick ups
we suggest you call after making payment to ensure we get it to a terminal
close by.

All Commercial addresses must
include a working phone # and name of business. If we do not have a business
name your item WILL NOT be shipped.

Shipping carrier is
determined at the time of shipment.

Residential Delivery is
available for an extra charge. Please contact us before you purchase for an
accurate freight quote.

If a freight item is marked
as a residential address your order will be held for more information.
If we are not able to get in contact with you then the item will
either be shipped to a terminal for pick up or will not be shipped.

Customer pick up is
available. Please contact us as soon as possible after the auction to let us
know when you will be picking the item up.
