If it's something you could use right away, feel free to request a buy-it-now option and you can even make a suggested price.

Also, please be aware that if we find out an item is broken, for example, we may never offer it for sale. Also, we reserve the right to make the final decision on the listing format and pricing. And please do not ask us to sell it outside of eBay. That would be too much like asking us to take a huge bite out of the hand that feeds us.
