If 5 days have passed and the buyer has not paid nor made contact, an unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay. If 10 days have passed since the auction close (5 days after notifying eBay), and the buyer has still not paid nor made contact, the item dispute will be finalized, the item will be relisted, and the unpaying bidder will receive negative feedback.
