We are two hayseeds living in rural Northeast Colorado. We are having fun selling things on eBay. Although we might sell almost anything, we sell vintage farm; books; vintage and newer; dinnerware; puzzles; and collectibles. Part of our inventory comes from good old farm auctions. A farm auction is out in a rural setting, in all kinds of weather. Everything and anything under the sun can be sold. Treasures can be bought separately or can be hidden down at the bottom of a box called junk. So, if you love digging down to see what surprise comes out next, please check back often.
We live in rural northeast Colorado on a small dry land farm. My parents bought it in 1960. My husband and I took over when my folks retired almost 25 years ago. To give you an idea of our rural setting, the school that I and our children graduated from is a K-12 school contained in one building. The school usually has from 100 to 120 students total.
We travel 22 miles to the nearest grocery store. Fortunately, our “hometown” is three miles away. It has around 90 citizens. It does have a post office so that we can get packages out regularly. Unfortunately, the closest UPS office is 36 miles away and will not be an option for us.
We will gladly combine shipping for you. We try our best to pack everything as safely as possible. Our packaging and packing may appear creative. So, don’t be surprised to see knotted plastic bags, egg cartons, handmade boxes, reused boxes and any other recycled item we get our hands on. If you want pretty, sorry, but if you like the idea of recycling a bit, great, and thank you.
We gladly answer any questions or messages that you have. Any questions sent over weekends may not be answered until Monday morning. Like most people a weekend is together and catch up time. Sometimes our computer doesn’t get turned on over the weekend.
Thank you for visiting and we hope that you will come back often.
