Q: What type of wood is used?

We use only the best clear Cedar! Cedar is one of the most dimensionally stable woods and is not effected by changes in temperature, it also has the highest Insulation value of most common woods. We use only the finest Grade "A" Clear Western Red Cedar with no knots!

Q: Is stainless steel used?

We use 304L stainless steel component. From our screws to our straps, we use only top grade stainless steel that will never rust or bleed the wood as other steels will.

Q: What Service and Support is offered?

We are a family based 'brick and morter business that has been manufacturing tubs and saunas for the last 10 years, our success has been largely attributed to the way we value our customers. Our goal is to ensure your project is a success.

Q: What kind of components are used?

We combine the ancient tradition of cooperage and combine it with the most reliable spa components in the industry. This includes digital controls, and energy efficient heaters and pumps. All our components are manufactured in North America not China!

Q: Are the electrical components certified?

It is the law and your insurance agent will will require that all electronics be certified to your local codes to be covered by your homeowners policy. This means in North America either UL, CSA, or ETL. In Europe CE or TUV certification are required. Our electronic components meet all the codes!

Note: Many items are being imported into North America with out the proper electronic certifications (CE is not recognized in North America or vise versa). Ask where the item was made. If it comes from Asia, or India, chance are it does not meet local codes.
