Average shipping times:

To the USA: 7 - 12 Days.

To CANADA: 5 - 7 Days.

All other INTERNATIONAL locations: 10 - 20 Days.

*If there are postal or customs delays the packages may take longer to be delivered. All packages are delivered by your local postal service so the speed of delivery really depends on them.

Customers ordering multiple items will pay full shipping on the item with the highest posted rate in their order, and will receive $2.95 off the posted shipping rate for each additional item (which works out to $1.00 S/H for additional items with a $3.95 shipping rate). We also offer lower S/H rates if purchasing multiple items in the same listing; please check each listing for those lower rates. S/H cost is a flat rate to CANADA and USA. We will combine purchases for a period of 14 days however to qualify for combined S/H discounts ALL items must be paid for within the same invoice. Further S/H discounts will apply to large volume purchases. S/H is usually a flat rate to International locations. Those items where the rate is not listed must be treated on a case by case basis and customers should contact us for the rate to their specific location. All questions are always welcomed.
  

GENERAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

WE SHIP WORLD WIDE.

Shipping and Handling rates for each specific item can be found using the shipping calculator at the bottom of every Northern Stones listing.

Returns of items sent back in new condition are accepted within 14 days of you receiving the item and return authorization can be obtained by emailing us. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. We do not refund original shipping/handling costs and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

For payment we accept PAYPAL. Sorry but ebay no longer allows us to accept money order payments. We can accept interac e-transfers for payment; please email us for details. All listings are in US$ so all payments must be made in US$ or the equivelant in another currency.

NORTH AMERICAN CUSTOMERS (Canada & USA)

S/H is a flat rate to Canada and the USA and includes free insurance.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

S/H is usually a flat rate to International locations and includes free insurance. Those items where the rate is not listed must be treated on a case by case basis and customers should contact us for the rate to their specific location.

COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS

Multiple purchases made within a 14 day period will receive combined shipping discounts. To qualify for Shipping and Handling discounts you must pay for all of your items on one invoice. When you have completed all of your purchases within the 14 day period, please request a final invoice amount so that we can apply your discounts. Some of our items have free shipping/handling to North America only while other items do have shipping and handling costs over and above the stated price. If purchasing both free shipping items and items with a S/H cost on one invoice then the items with a stated shipping cost will be calculated using the formula stated below and you will not be charged the additional rate for all items stating free S/H.

Please request a total combined invoice when purchasing 5 or more Buy it Now items to receive better than posted combined S/H discounts.
