We can combine ship most items to save on the shipping costs.
Most orders ship the same day payment is received(excluding weekends). Some orders may take 3 business days to process and ship. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Internationally will have additional shipping charges.
Since we are a Wholesale Business, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. These items will ship as soon as they are available.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. No credit is given for the original shipping costs (a 30% restocking fee applies to FREE SHIPPING items).
No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of purchase. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS are not returnable. All returns must be complete in resaleable condition. All returns will be inspected before credit is given.
All items are new and unused with full NuTone Warranty. We will replace any defective item within the first 60 days. After 60 days, we will direct you to your nearest Authorized NuTone Service Center for Warranty Repair. For all Broan labeled items you will be directed to Broan Customer Service.
International buyers accept complete responsibility for all duties, taxes and fees for items purchased. International buyers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
