Payment Methods

I accept Paypal, money orders / cashiers checks, and personal checks. I will ship within two business days of receiving a Paypal or a money order / cashiers check payment. Personal checks will take 7 business days for bank clearance before the item is sent to you. Paypal is the required payment for buyers from outside of the United States in U.S. funds. 

Payments are due within 7 business days of auction closing. If I do not receive a payment by the 7th day, I will send an email asking you where is the payment. If I receive no response within 24 hours of the sending the email, I will file a unpaid item report with ebay and leave a negative feedback rating for you.

Only bids from the United States, its territories, APO / FPO, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland are accepted right now. Customs and taxes are the resposibility of the buyer and I will not make any "special considerations" on customs forms.

Minnesota buyers are required to pay 6.5% Sales Tax on purchases only.

Shipping

All items are shipped with the following: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS First Class, & Spee Dee Delivery. For outside the U.S., it is Air Letter Post or Air Parcel Post.

Items being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO / FPO, and other U.S. territories are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight.

Spee Dee Delivery territory includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and parts of Nebraska & Illinois.

Buyer pays for shipping unless specified in the auction description. Insurance is optional. I am not resposible for lost or damage packages once it has been sent out.

 Combined shipping is available for multiple item winners only if payment for those items is also combined.  Making separate payments per item will disallow combined shipping discounts & options.

Returns Policy

The reasons that would qualify for a return/refund is if I sent the wrong merchandise, or is there was a tangable mistake in the auction description, such as wrong size or color of an item. Purchase price and original shipping and handling costs are refundable. Refund will be issued only after merchandise is back at the store location. Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility. Returns are accepted only after 10 business days after customer's receipt of package. Contact me by email if there is a problem once the package has arrived at your place.

Miscellaneous

If you have purchase bedding from Northstar Home and Hardware either through auctions or the store, it is recommended to wash or dry clean your items before use.
